Jack Winram BA(Economics) has over 30 years of experience in the energy and environmental sector, both with industry and in a regulatory role. A graduate of the University of Manitoba, Jack targeted energy and environmental economics and later obtained a certificate in Utility Regulatory Studies Program at Michigan State University. As an executive with a proven track record, Jack has had the privilege to serve on numerous boards and committee’s including the Manitoba Public Utilities Board, and currently is board director for Efficiency Manitoba and is Chair of the Water and Wastewater Certification Advisory Committee.
Currently Jack is Executive Director for the Manitoba Environmental Industries Association (MEIA) managing the organization’s day to day business, advocating and promoting the environment and cleantech sectors.
